When we create stress and anxiety, we dwell on a small possibility and magnify it to a possibility. Then we forget the movie in our mind is just our imagination, it’s NOT real! And then we don’t use what’s truly in our power, the power to make a plan and move forward taking action. Taking action trumps anxiety.
